Designer review notes
For this category, the studio should confirm whether the piece is custom or standard, which room it belongs to, what reference controls the design language, what finish sample is required, what dimensions affect installation, and what packing or replacement risk should be documented.
Before production, request detail photos that show the design-sensitive areas: seams, stone edges, veneer direction, hardware, legs, bases, lighting color, drawer alignment, and upholstery shape. These photos should be named by product and room so the handover stays traceable.
